What does the $100 retainer do?

It reserves our time. You get a kickoff call within two business days and a scoping doc with a fixed quote by email. The $100 is credited to your first invoice. If we don't book work together within 30 days, it refunds in full. Payment collection is queued behind our Stripe activation review.

Who is Cserv Labs for?

Does the AI operate continuously?

Yes — the system can monitor, draft, route, classify, and prepare follow-up work continuously. For customer-facing communication, we default to human review unless you explicitly approve a more automated mode.

Where does my email data go?

Email content is processed to generate drafts and retrieve context. We store metadata and embeddings, not full message bodies, beyond 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel?
