About Cserv Labs
Cserv Labs is a small US studio that releases free, single-purpose AI tools for the unglamorous parts of running a business. Each tool has one job — the awkward apology, the FAQ you've been putting off, the price reply you keep rewriting — and tries to do that one job better than a generic AI chatbox will.
How it works
Every tool lives at its own URL, has no signup, and stores nothing by default. If a tool helps, we also have paid products that keep the same respect-your-inbox ethos: a $29/mo DraftDesk for teams that want an always-on drafting layer, and custom implementation work for teams that need more.

Our approach
AI belongs in the draft, not in the send button. Every Cserv tool leaves a human in the loop by default — you review, you edit, you ship. We refuse to build tools that pretend to be a person, fake remorse, or help anyone deceive a regulator or a customer.
How we handle your data
Short version: the free tools send your text straight to OpenAI and return the result. We don't log it, we don't train on it, we don't sell it. The long version is in our Privacy Policy.
